Refund Policy
We take great pride in the products we create and want you to be fully satisfied with your order.
If something isn’t right, please reach out to us within 15 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Situations where we can help include:

Your order arrived damaged, broken, or defective.

An item you purchased was missing from your order.

The order details were incorrect (such as size, colours, or personalization).

The item received was misrepresented or not as described.
Because many of our products are personalized or custom-made, certain situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Requests made after the 15-day window.

If you change your mind or no longer need the item.

Errors made during ordering (wrong spelling, size, or colours). If this happens, contact us anyway and we’ll do our best to help.

Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or anything unrelated to shipping. Still, let us know—sometimes minor issues like broken lettering can be repaired.
For non-custom, ready-made products, returns are accepted if the item is in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. To make returns easier, consider leaving your name and phone number when ordering so we can quickly locate your order in our system.
Holiday Returns & Exchanges

Christmas-themed items (including ornaments and tags) may be exchanged or returned up until December 23rd, or until January 15th for items purchased as Christmas gifts.

After December 23rd, any items with a year on them become final sale.

To discourage “decorating and returning,” all seasonal items become final sale after the holiday has passed. This includes Valentine’s Day, Easter, Halloween, and Christmas collections.

If you receive duplicates of the same ornament, you may exchange one for another in-stock ornament—please contact us to arrange this.
How to Request a Refund
Please email us at info@bulldogcreation.ca with your order details and include photos whenever possible. If you have any concerns, whether your item arrived damaged or something doesn’t seem right, don’t hesitate to contact us directly. We’re here to help!
Refunds
Please note that some banks process refunds differently. Occasionally, you may see duplicate charges or refunds in your online banking while the transaction is being processed. Once it posts to your statement, the correct amounts will appear.
